I stayed here while working in Frankfort. All the employees were nice and courteous. It was very quiet and I appreciated that especially with my working hours. I enjoyed the breakfast and Ms. Carla made it all the better. She's so sweet, goes above and beyond. When my coffee wasn't quite hot enough for me, she would offer to warm it up. I would definitely stay there again.
At the end of a LONG travel day I was caught in a snow storm and ended up at this Holiday Inn Express near midnight with a cat. Exceptionally friendly staff and wonderful accommodations for myself and the others that took shelter for a couple of days until the roads were safe. Breakfast was Delicious especially the biscuits and gravy!! The staff made sure everyone felt welcome including all the furry friends. Would absolutely stay again even if there wasn't a crazy dangerous winter storm .
Nice hotel and location when your on the bourbon trail. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and updated. Good breakfast too..
The hotel quality was absolutely amazing. The beds were so comfortable and the rooms were great. The staff was also amazing. And to top it off they had an awesome breakfast set up in the morning.

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights in mid May 2024. It was one of our best stays in a hotel ever!! The staff was friendly, the entire place was clean and nice looking, the lady (didn't catch her name) that set up the breakfast each day was SUPER friendly. She even cooked me a specialty item for my diet that she didn't need to do. Two ladies at the front desk, Sabrina and Olivia, were GREAT! I had a small billing issue (my fault entirely). I called them a few days after my credit card was charged and Sabrina jumped right on it and fixed it. Overall, this place is all about providing excellent customer service!
Absolutely the best one we've stayed at. Beds were comfortable and not worn out. The pancakes were the best along with bacon not over cooked. The cook said the secret was to make the pancake batter the night before so it could rise. She needs a medal for figuring it out.
